At High Cultured, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items back into their original packaging, ensuring all brand tags and labels remain intact.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
